Analog Control Panel (1 Loop)

The Analog control panels are fully expandable Loop capacity 235 addresses loop 1 can be expanded to 2 loops, 8×18 Graphical LCD Display and 3 programmable alarm output. The control panel consists of the latest dual flash-based microprocessor technology combined with a high-resolution graphical LCD display and tactile keypad for engineering configuration and end-user operation. Powerful cause and effect programming coupled with ‘DynamiX’ zoning makes the panel suitable for a wide range of applications from small to large complex multi-area systems.An extensive suite of user-friendly Windows based PC software is available for configuration, service management and logo programming.

Combustible Gas Detector

Electrocatalytic sensors are the most widely used passive gas detectors. They are based on the fact that combustible gases can be oxidized to produce heat. Once they reach a certain temperature, they will ignite and burn; however, in the presence of certain chemicals, the ignition temperature is much lower making the gas more susceptible to fire and explosions. A catalytic gas sensor contains a platinum coil and is heated when it comes into contact with gaseous reactants. This raises the temperature within the coil. The catalytic gas sensor will sound the alarm and alert people if that temperature change is within what is considered a dangerous range. With a lower price tag the catalytic gas sensor is often a more popular choice and has been in use for over 30 years. It does not sacrifice accuracy for cost.

Heat Detector

Heat detectors commonly have a label on them that reads “Not a life safety device”. That is because heat detectors are not meant to replace smoke detectors in the bedrooms or in the hallway outside of the bedrooms. A heat detector will nonetheless notify of a fire in a kitchen or utility area, e.g., laundry room, garage, or attic, where smoke detectors should not be installed as dust or other particles would affect the smoke detector and cause false alarms. This will allow extra time to evacuate the building or to put out the fire, if possible.

Conventional Control Panel (8/16 Zones):

A Conventional control panel or simply fire alarm panel is the controlling component of a fire alarm system. The panel receives information from devices designed to detect and report fires, monitors their operational integrity, and provides automatic control of equipment and transmission of information necessary to prepare the facility for fire based on a predetermined sequence. The panel may also supply electrical energy to operate any associated initiating device, notification appliance, control, transmitter, or relay. There are four basic types of panels: coded panels, conventional panels, addressable panels, and multiplex systems

EN 54-3 Intelligent Sounder Strobe is a audible and visual alarm device installed in the field. A fire alarm control panel can initiate in the fire control center or by manual call point installed in the field. Having been initiated, it will generate a strong audible and visual alarm signal to warn people in the field.

Powder-based-Extinguishing-System:

The NAFFCO Fire Suppression System is a pre-engineered, cartridge-operated dry chemical system with either a fixed nozzle distribution network or with hand hose line system.

The system is capable of automatic detection and when a fire is detected, the system is actuated either manually or automatically, operating the Cartridge cylinder valve. This operation pressurizes and fluidizes the dry chemical extinguishing agent in the tank, ruptures the burst disc when the required pressure is reached, and propels the dry chemical through network of distribution hose line system (manually operated) or through fixed nozzles and into the protected areas, suppressing the fire.

Researchers also confirmed that after 8 – 10 months, diesel fuel will start to form sludge if it stays still in the tanks increasing the chances of engine failure or damage, when required to operate. Fuel contamination is a major cause of premature shutdown for standby engines, generator sets, fire pump engines, and other diesel engine support functions. Contamination commences as soon as the storage tanks are filled and continues until the fuel is used. As the length of storage period increases, the probability for premature engine shutdown due to either clogged filters, or excessive water entrainment, increases. And here comes the high need of smart fuel filtration systems.
